pls provide more details on:
What was the reason for changing ROM?
what is the maker of this phone?
provide links to each rom you have tried pls?
2) assuming you mean star u9501 you may like to see if this is one of your matches?
3) if you never tried it, give it a go
4) if it fails......post to needrom what your error is.
others there may have similar issues and could help
5) We have a tutorials forum on how to use flashtools but I use Linux so can't help you
