Hello, what version of SP Flash tools are you using?

This is an older version but this is the one I use. You also need the Mediatek VCOM drivers.

Give this a read even though it says MTK6577: [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]

Also install this: [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]

That will give you the PDA net drivers.

Also, are you using the proper flash image? Since you may be using a fake HDC S5, finding the right firmware can be tricky.
