Root phone (maybe using Framaroot), if rooted install latest version of Lucky Patcher from [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]After that install [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register] In Lucky Patcher, select Custom Locale and press it. Then press Move to system/app, it will prompt you to do restart, so do so. Sometimes under boot it will say Android is upgrading, that's normal. In the app, press Add new and write sl_SV. Press add and then Select sl_SV. Tada!
