It seems that the Kingelon G9000 might be a good contender. It looks like it's currently selling around $180ish. Unfortunately, I've heard mixed details regarding whether or not it has 1GB or 2GB of RAM.
The Mlais Note Pro seems to be in your price range too, and in my opinion looks really slick! I'd be pretty stoked to have one of these.
The Elephone P2000 with coupon code will be under $200. It looks really cool as well. I wish I had one to play around with.
Finally the Doogee DG550 has gotten a LOT of hype around these forums and comes in at a winning price well below $200. I think there are some solid reviews of it out here somewhere. Maybe some actual users can chime in with their opinions.
