The build.prop might have false info.....but the kernel info is likely to be true.
I just noticed that seller has duped Antutu result into thinking its an authenticated Samsung product GT-N9000
The sole purpose of these scum is to scam your money. The best you can hope for, IMHO is try and lever the site to give you a full refund.
However we can see the kernel version and so if you google terms
you will get some hits.
It looks like you may have a
HDC Galaxy Note 3 N9000
give it a try and not the suggestion from Athos as those specs are snapdragon.
