what version of the phone do you have?
in the battery compartment is a sticker which states the WCDMA frequencies, its either 850/2100 or 900/2100
furthermore it can be a V3.0 or V4.0 phone.
for the 900/2100 V4.0 1.0.1 is the only firmware.
for the 850/2100 there are many different available,
but my serious advice would be:
if you do not have any problems with the phone now, don't change the firmware.
many people had problems after flashing (like GPS not working properly, lost IMEIs, Home button not working etc)
