[Question] android upgrade for Star N9800 (N3 replica)

Do you know a fix for unresponsive touchscreen?
I've tried flashing original ROMs but none worked. I have to off/on screen few times till the touchscreen starts working. Whole time I was thinking it's lk.bin (lcd driver) fault, but it seems that it's kernel because of the hotplug governor. when i turn the screen ON i think that CPU picks higher clock and screen starts working. but i have to off/on few times. i'd like to fix this once for all.
