[Question] New to the iNew v3 ( need help )

hi there.
you should check in settings / about device (or phone) what firmware level you have
so far we know of 1.0.1, 1.0.3 and 1.0.4
if its 1.0.4 no need to do anything.
in order to use the gps on maps you only have to turn on GPS (pull down notification bar and press on GPS icon if its not on) thats all - easy isnt it?
to get your previous phone contacts its the easiest way to export from your old phone as .vcf (i do not know how that works on a windows phone but it should be in the contacts app settings somewhere)
the vcf file you copy on your new phone and open it either through the file app or in the contacts settings - import.

the roaming i do not know why you have that problem - maybe something to do with the sim card?
which sim slot are you using since it seems you only have one card in there. maybe try other slot if possible.

I just checked in settings/about and at the end in Build Number it says
inew_v3e_v1.0.1 so i guess the version is the 1.0.1

then the problem i have is with the roaming alert all the time
my provider is Telenor from Sweden
