If you can get to recovery, then do factory reset.

Was going to Flash, I had put a new rom on the internal space went onto menu thing was about to kill the old cache or something then pressed the plus button the screen want black. Tried or flash but not sure what I'm doing? I can boot into Carliv Touch Recovery v2.1. E: can't mount /sd card, so can I fix it from this?
