maps stopped unexpectedly ERROR

So I've got an inew V3 and I keep getting this error "maps stopped unexpectedly".

Any help?

hi you can try to go to settings -> Apps -> All (tab)

Scroll down to Maps and select it

there push Clear Data

also notice which version you have currently have 7.6.0 is current
if problems still occur then let it know here i tried and works fine
so probably your data/cache is just messed up or use an older version
