I read on a italian's forum that the INew retiring the model v3 for a mainboard problem that occurs when you go to settings -> date time. is true or is it just fake Another story?

I find that hard to believe. Other MTK devices like MT6589 also have this date/time bug, so it's nothing specific to V3. You can try updating your firmware (if you're not on 1.0.3), as there were reports that fixes the problem. If that doesn't work, you can 100% fix it by installing Xposed framework and GravityBox module (search the forum for both).
