Use a $3 charger from Amazon, you can charge the battery outside the phone. Make sure if you use one of the enclosed ones, which normally charge the battery faster, that it's big enough to fit the battery.
I use the cheap clamp-on style. Takes overnight to charge the battery (8-10 hours from dead). http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1...ry+charger
I very rarely plug my phone in to charge the battery. Just swap when one's empty.
The sites wouldn't be on here if they weren't legit. No one can make you a 100% promise about anything. That includes eBay. Our sponsors take PayPal to, so you're covered. Our sponsors have a reputation to maintain and legitimate customer issues are almost always ironed out.
The last thing you want to be worried about is megapixels. It means nothing. Unless you plan on printing posters from your phone photos... I take all of my pictures at maximum 3mp. Normally 1mp.

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth
