Just so I understand what you're saying. You're able to boot into recovery from Mobileuncle, but not from power-on boot (eg Vol+ Power). Is that correct?

This one has TWRP. It's the same ROM as what you've posted here from Wind, but with the LK.BIN replaced and 3GB EBR.
