For easier connection to public WiFi, follow these steps:

Long-press the WiFi ID.
Select "Modify network."
Check "Show advanced options."
Change IP setting from "DHCP" to "static."
In the IP address, alter the last number to any from 1 to 254.
Suggested: Choose a higher number like 128 to avoid conflicts.

I am facing this same problem with my wifi because i am working on my site but wifi irritating me i am not working proper on my project then i am do this to solve my wifi problem.
