Try one more time. Format All + Download. I know Cleo told you not to do this. However, I've never had a problem with this option.
Let me know the result.
You may need to go through the same process (hold power for 30 seconds to power on etc...)

this error is with the recovery option. It can uncheck them before flashing
I managed to uncheck the recovery and it was done. Thank you for your help

You mean the line which has recovery listed in SP Flash Tool. Yes?
Unzip the ROM to a new folder. Repoint SP Flash Tool to the scatter in the new folder.
