Self-made flip case for i6000
#1
One of the biggest minuses of i6000 is the absence of the "standard" flip case.

Until one appears for sale, I did the following:

- bought Xperia Z Ultra case from ebay [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649#ht_18587wt_1022

- Cannibalized it by taking off the front part;

- Glued it to the bumper of i6000;

Not the perfect solution, but works for now. The screen is protected, the phone does not take more space than before.

And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could

I was wondering if the Samsung Mega 6.3 cases would fit; the camera and speaker are located on the same place of the device. I know the Mega is just a tiny bit smaller than the iNew, and the difference might be too small to really notice when using the case?? I think I'm going to try one of these days ;-)

The point is NOT the cases. The point is I need a flip case, pure and simple, which is available for the plenty of Chinese phones, S7589, B6000, Ulefone 650 etc etc.

It does irritate me beyond belief nobody had come out with the real flip case for this phone as of now.

Yes, I know, but there's a lot more choice for the Samsung Mega; if it would fit then there would be a lot more cases to choose from.

99.99% chance it will NOT fit.

So there's still a 0,01% chance, right? Big Grin

Ok, I'll try only if it's a Golla-pouch, 99,99% chance it does fit in that one ;)

Jokes aside, you do understand that Samsung back cover will be waaay different from i6000, right? I am afraid 0.01% chance is too optimistic.
