hi gays!! i have a big probleme with my chinaise's phone (Samsung GS4) i put in an old rom, and now, they freese only when i reboot it, i cant do anay thing with it help me please

Haha. Gotta love it.
Now, regarding the phone. Are you sure it was the correct ROM for your phone? You likely need to find the correct firmware for your phone and reflash.
