Hi GizBeat.
Thank you for your amazing work and support in understanding this device.
Would you mind to share, if you had any position of doogee, or going further, maybe ask for a interview for your site about current status and future updates for Doogee Mix.
Once again. thank you.
Hey
For three weeks I use doogee MIX 6Gb. On the first day I installed the 20170630 ROM. The installation was successful. Later I upgraded to OTA 20170714.
After some time I noticed that as the connection through the wifi while developing the upper beam shows me as a network "NVRAM WARNING: Err = 0x10". I found in the internet information that this is a common mistake Mediatek, And its solution is to root the phone and replace two files.
Would it be possible to replace these files during the update to fix this error?

Most Doogee Mix have this. I wouldn't worry about it. It doesn't cause any problems.
Just install another launcher. The stock launcher does not have option to remove it.
I heavily suggest google launcher or Nova Launcher.

Blur mode is useless, but we can see the 2nd cam is at least turning on with the new ROM in blur mode.
Edit: email sent. Again, can't promise any changes, but maybe they will surprise us.

Hey guys, i just wanted to inform you that since i got my Doogee Mix i never flashed my phone or updated it and kept using it with the firmware it was shipped with which is 20170617 which earlier i was told it cannot be updated through OTA unless its flashed with 20170621 or 0630
But while using the device the fingerprint scanner stopped working, it was giving me weird vibrations while on lock screen telling me its that i did a lot of attempts and try again, restarted the phone, turned fingerprint lock off and on, deleted old fingerprint registers and tried to add new ones, all didn't work and thought it would be most likely a hardware issue.
But then i thought of doing a factory reset and surprisingly it worked! what even surprised me more is that i got an OTA update! it was for 20170714 so i updated. didn't expect i would ever get an update while im on 0617.
sadly it didn't change or fix a thing from the previous problems, so im hoping that those updates keep coming from Doogee because this phone needs a lot of fixing.

Wow. This is very interesting. I wonder what would keep it from OTA that factory reset would change so it would then OTA okay. Very strange.

So after updating my phone i couldn't get a second update until i restarted my phone the other day and it was for 20170810 which could be the latest OTA update because i've seen newer updates in needrom.com but might be delayed for OTA or something, brightness problem is fixed in this update, theres auto focus in video but annoying because its constant and it doesnt stop, other problems that i mentioned before still exists though.
