Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth
Computer (Mac and windows) connected with usb doesn't recognize Doogee Mix internal memory and sd, also after selected "Transfer file" and developer and debug activate.
My previous Dooge (android 4.4.2) did it but Doogee Mix (android 7 with 6 gb of ram) don't.
Any help?
Thanks.

You're selecting MTP mode on the phone? If so, this sounds like a driver issue.
What does it say in Windows Device Manager when you select MTP?
Also, do you hear a sound from your PC when you go back and forth between MTP and charging mode?

Thank you for the reply.
Where you can select mtp mode in Doogee Mix - 6GB? It seems there is not this option. I need to use the Doogee Mix under Mac rather then windows. Is there a way to update the driver of the device under mac as show in the video for windows that you kindly send to me?
Thank you!!!
The only option for transfer file i this:
______________________
File transfers
Transfer files on other device
Photo transfer (PTP)
Transfer photos or files if MTP is not supported (PTP)
MIDI
Use device for MIDI input

About how to do for Mac, I'm not sure. See if there is some Device Manager in Mac and update driver option.
You're correct, Mix does not say "MTP", but that is the same as "File Transfer" (Media Transfer Protocol). Select it from NOTIFICATION area AFTER plugging in the phone. Is that already what you're doing?
There are several other things it can be, but must take it one step at a time. Have you tried the video I posted in Windows?

Yes I've select "File Transfer".
I've tried the video for windows under paralles in mac but there is no devices also in windows. I need to use the device always under mac.
With mac there is a "passive" option that can show the hardware devices and the usb mix is there but you can't upgrade the driver or do whatever.
Right. I understand you want it to work with Mac. But by process of elimination, please see if you're able to get it to work in Windows using the video I posted. Have you tried this?
Also, have you tried a different USB cable? (you'd be surprised how many times it ends up being the USB cable)

Since i bought my Doogee Mix i kept my eye open for all the bugs that annoys me, or things just annoys me so there they are:
using build (20170617):
-Screen turns off when adjusting brightness to minimum, and fingerprint reader is not always on, it turns off sometimes and we have to press the power button first, this also applys on the double tap to wake gesture which turns off if the fingerprint reader is off which means they're both under one control or something. (user @GizBeat mentioned that it was not solved on the latest update 20170714)
-Battery percentage is ALWAYS white and it doesn't turn dark when the background color of the notification bar is white, everything turns dark ok but the battery percentage for some reason.
-Large 3G and 4G appearing along with the signal bars of both sims, even though if you use data on any sim you get a mini 4G or 3G on top of the signal bar so you get two 4G's appearing for one signal bar taking wide space from the notification bar for no reason and its annoying. (the signal bar with the 3G is not using data so nothing should appear on it but it shows a big 3G next to it and its useless.)
-Using screen shot in the doogee mix is different than any other android phones i ever used, other phones once you press both the power button and the volume down button at the same time it simply takes the screen shot instantly, but on doogee mix when you press them it doesn't. first it shows you a window to use nice features like taking the full screen or a crop of it, or draw on it, or even a small piece using a marquee tool. and then when you finish you have to press OK to screenshot what you want so it does it after not before editing which is not useful at all when you're trying to snap a GIF or a video because the window of the screenshot editing tools will first appear and then you have to press OK then takes it not at the right moment, the moment you wanted to screenshot is gone since you have to press OK first, its not instant, so i would suggest that it should first take the shot then we can edit it how we please otherwise in term of catching the right moment its not possible with the Mix.
for now this is all what i've got and i attached a screen shot of my notification bar for reference.
i will appreciate it if you notified doogee with these things to fix it with their new updates.
All the same issues as others have reported on ck, and fingerprint issues. In addition:
I only get around 5 hrs on screen time - is this normal?
MAJOR ISSUE: I've had this a couple of weeks. A couple of days ago the screen started to flicker off and on. Then the screen becomes completely unresponsive until a restart, if it does restart.
Essentially it's useless.
I've contacted Banggood, but as the issue is intermittent, even if they do ask me to send it back, I bet they 'can't reproduce' the error.....
