Before to flash the twrp custom recovery :
Do you have enabled OEM unlocking and USB debugging ?
After flashing twrp custom recovery :
1) Press volume up + power buttons simultaneously.
2) Then, select the first white line and press volume down.
Regards
I've made these steps. I've tried flash new repacked stock rom with format all + download option and flash new TWRP and it didn't boot again.
WHAT ??? format all + download option ???
Please never use this option !
I have two questions to ask you :
Is it your first experience with twrp and sp flash tool ?
Are you able to enter onto twrp recovery ?

It's okay. I have experience with twrp and sp flash tool. Everything is okay. I've backed up nvram and restored after my hopeless steps. Everything works, but i still can't boot twrp 3.0.3. I've tried direct boot using fastboot but it didn't boot. I have no idea why it doesn't work. I can live with booting twrp 3.0.2 using fastboot.

My new TWRP 3.0.3 no need to boot by fastboot.
I have tested it many times before to post it here and on Needrom.
Many users confirmed me that it works well.
I do not know what to tell you.
I have the last question to ask you :
Do you have installed the latest version of the stock firmware ?
Please tell me your Build number.
Regards

TWRP INSTALLATION STEPS :
I strongly recommend you the next version of SP Flash Tool :
[Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
1) Tap on Settings --> About phone --> Tap Build number seven times.
Developer options --> OEM unlocking enabled and USB debugging enabled.
2) Download SuperSU.zip and BusyBox.zip at the next link :
[Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
3) Unrar the rar. Copy the 2 zips onto your microSD.
4) Open SP Flash Tool.
5) Unrar NEW_Apo_X_twrp_3.0.3.rar
6) Load the scatter file inside the folder.
7) Select Download Only option.
8) Click Download.
9) Connect your turned off phone to the pc with USB cable.
10) Disconnect the USB cable.
11) Enter onto twrp recovery (volume up + power buttons simultaneously).
12) Select the first white line and press volume down.
VITAL STEPS :
13) Tap Install, Select Storage, Micro SDCard, OK.
14) Tap on SuperSU-v2.79-SR3.zip
15) Swipe to confirm Flash.
16) Tap on Reboot.
17) Tap on the icon of SuperSU to activate it.

I've tied it with twrp 3.0.2 and wuth carliv. It starts to recovery but without touch (I know, this is bug, but it boots)
I can remove the root easily?

@Pallorfa :
To remove root you have to flash (by SP Flash Tool) the stock rom.
I suggest you "Firmware Upgrade" option.
