"Bootloader / Recovery / Reboot" screen? Or was it already in recovery with many different options?

There's nothing in stock recovery that will do anything that will brick the phone. That's very strange. If you wiped data and or cache, then when you reboot it may take up to 10 min to recompile everything. Did you wait for awhile and see what happened? Or just wait a couple minutes, then decided to try to flash?
Anyways, I know this isn't helping. I'm just wondering how it got to this point, sometimes can help to figure out how to fix.
But now totally dead, so it can be a difficult situation. I don't think formatting is the answer, and it could make the problem worse. Normally phones that are very official like Cherry, have locked bootloaders. So if you format the bootloader, that can permanently brick the device. I can't say that's for sure, but just a guess as to what happened.
Are you still able to flash it? Or won't even flash any more?
