I created recovery.img then port it to my phone but phone still boot in normal all time.What I did wrong?

I got stock ROM from below links because your links is recovery.bin file and I can not convert bin to img.

And I use this custom recovery image for lava iris 870 from

and then make my own recovery.I can flash SuperSU zip file for root but when backup ROM I saw recovery.log file still remain iris 870 build not iris 565 build.Can I edit my twrp recovery image?And How can I edit my file?
