Before I let you do the "heavy solution", try the next suggestion :

Try to click on "Firmware Upgrade" instead to click on "Download Only".

Ok so I've tried and see what hapen

But I have to connect the phone after start right?

I see ... OK ... follow these steps :

1) untick "BootRom+Preloader COM Sel All"
2) select from 1 to 16 by clicking on the box
3) click on "Start All"

Of course, you have to connect your phone to your pc with USB cable.

Nope, same again it happen when I click start ( the program check pc memory checksum) and before conecting the phone

I have found on the official site of the HomTom the stock firmware v 1.1.2 !
Please download it at the next link :

Then, try to flash it with SP Flash Tool (Download Only)
