Do you have unlocked the bootloader ?
Do you have installed a custom recovery ?

And I have made a TWRP custom recovery for you Yes, I have unlocked boot loader. If you have made TWRP Recovery , please send me a link. I will try it.

Above all SP Flash Tool must works well. It is vitally important !
Without SP Flash Tool you will cannot able to flash the firmware.
Without SP Flash Tool you will cannot able to flash my TWRP custom recovery.
QUESTIONS :
1) Do you have disabled the driver signature enforcement on Windows ?
2) Which version of Windows OS do you have installed into your pc ?
3) Do you have installed the ADB driver ?
Please try to install the next ADB driver :

Then, please try the last version of SP Flash Tool :
[Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]

Please uninstall the previous versions of your ADB drivers with USBDeview v2.60. You will can download it at the next link :

You will can find more informations about USBDeview at the next link :

Then, install the "Driver_Auto_Installer_v5.1524" inside MTK Usb Driver v1.0.2.zip
Then, try to run SP Flash Tool.
