I use Nova launcher and I am quite satisfied with it. I installed many children apps and the feature to sort my apps and put them in drawers is absolutely necessary for me.

i use tsf launcher, u can upside down the icon or tilt it to any angle u wish, u can change the icon look, u can do almost what other launcher can do, tsf can do also. so far I have not seen any other launcher can tilt the icon at any angle u wish. It has a 3d look for app drawer
if u talk about fancy. I will say this one is really good

i generally use go launcher, but i'm a bit sick of all the bloatware that comes with it. btw, next browser, by go launcher, is pretty darn sweet.
lately i've been using nova, and am considering going to the paid version.

I use nova launcher because it's light (new versions).
I can customize icon size.
I can set the app drawer to move vertically (I hate swiping pages).
I can backup config when switching phones or flashing roms (which I do A LOT ^^).
I can set wallpaper not to scroll easily (had to use wallpaperwizardii before).
It supports gestures but I haven't purchased it (yet)
