Need Help with Lenovo a319

Its been 3 days search for a solution for my a319

phone was working well just decided to do a hard reset then it showed boot loop

Try to flash it with sp tool its just loads then shoes error 4032 didnt even flash the phone

now the phone is dead (no boot loop) dont know how (not the battery)

Tried every solution latest & old have downloaded 5 or 6 different rom still the same error

Can any one help me with this

present condition is it detects on the pc shows MediaTek PreLoader USB VCOM but cant flash always error 4032

Try to follow these steps :

1) Download the version of SP Flash Tool below :

2) Uninstall vcom/mediatek/preloader drivers manually using the software below :

3) Install the driver below (follow the video-tutorial) :

4) Try to flash again the ROMs that you have downloaded (follow the video tutorial below) :

Will do it again now

have downloaded these files before have searched & tried most of the solution available

have tried with 2 pc one with win 8.1 another one with xp same results

It sounds like a driver issue. As @Cleopatra recommended, keep trying different drivers. You might want to try various versions of SP FlashTool as well. Keep trying different combinations. I bet you'll get it.
