MP4 and 3GP are containers. MP4 has more format options and has variable-bit rate options (if the encoder is making use of it) as a container, but 3GP supports MPEG-4 and H263/H264 same as MP4.
My H7500+ is using MPEG-4 and AAC.

you have a backup for caesar a9800?? Can you provide a download link if the answer is yes? Can you tell if the room who posted here is compatible with the A9800 Caesar? Unfortunately, I installed Chainfire 3d on my phone and it would not turn on again.
Need help....
