Decent $100 phone?

Hey folks,

Looking for a decent value $100 phone.

Main requirements are (proper) GPS, good battery, and decent amount of built in ROM (at least 16gb) with a reasonable amount configured as internal storage for apps. Won't be rooting it as it is for a not-teccy parent! Screen size 5" to 5.5".
Not too fussed about processor speed as it wont be used for gaming.

If it's for an elder peerson I would go for a phone with a loud enough speaker. I know the elephone p6000 which is going this week for 113$ on pandawill happy hour has a really loud speaker. It also supports all the needed bands and has a reasonable screen:
