Phone freezes - battery pull-out needed

I'm on Inew V3 850/2100 version with cxq_v3_inew_v1.0.4 for 7 months and until few days phone worked almost as advertised.
It had some hickups like:
- gps precision is garbage - like +/-40 m (i can live without it)
- phone locks screen when switches from H+ to edge (can be really annoying...)
- battery life is prety poor

I bought THL W8 battery and did mod like described here on forum, and everything worked well. After day or two on THL battery phone started to not wake from stand by. At first i thought that this is some kind of problem with
THL battery so I switched back to original Inew.

Same thing. Problem is elusive and manifest in many different ways....
Problem manifest several times a day usualy when battery percentage is at least 70% but it tends to happen more frequent on lower percentages. Usually phone does not awake from stand by. Sometimes it will just light capacitive buttons and stop, other times it will make only 2x vibration on any mech. key press...
Sometimes it will receive phone call but get stuck with unresponsive touchscreen...

However one thing is common for all cases ... i have to pull out battery, sometimes even 2X to power on phone again. Sometimes it needs two preses of power button to get started?

On few occasions phone would slow down and after a while started to pop up errors like:
settings stopped to work or
...gapp stopped to work

I never noticed problems when on charger or USB...

I tried battery calibration, cleaned cash through recovery but without result.
Probably will try kit kat rom (which one would you recommend?)...

Did someone noticed something similar?

Update... on status of the phone.
After all day system crashing and restarting - now even in operation phone finally gave-up and will not turn on at all.
When connected to PC it makes usb conected sound (PC) but found device is unknown ( i have PDA drivers) will try to update drivers later.

Phone sent to seller for waranty. Arrived last week to china.
Waiting for response...

Thanks for the update and keep us posted - it would be nice to know if the vendor and/or iNew comes through on the warranty and how much it costs you "all in" (shipping, etc) once fixed.

Just don't tell them that you swapped the weak/crappy V3 battery for the THL!

As a side note, I still cannot believe they didn't upgrade the battery when they put in the new SOC so that none of this messing around was necessary...

Update on phone status...
After 2 and half months today my phone returned from warranty repair.
Well .... it works. :-)
In the meantime i bought new phone (xiaomi redmi 1s) so this repaired one will be spare.
I think they changed motherboard because i noticed that notification light is dimmer when charging and kind of litlle bit out of center.
Housing is same but i think that screen could be new also.
Unfortunately both cameras are now screewed up.
Front one has heavy artefacts during preview and on picture, and rear one works on preview but photos are solid green or "compresed on right side of picture"??

"Repair costed me until now about 9€ for shiping and 35€ for customs. (Croatia)

I will experiment with phone just to see what else is broken.

hi everyone

my inew v3 has start to do the same thing. When i turn it on after a little of usage it freezes and than i need to put off the battery and than put it on again. At first days this problem was rare but now it happens every minute and i can't use it. I flashed it about two or more weeks ago with kit kat. I flashed it again today but i have the same problem.

what should i do?

Look if ram gets filled. Maybe is memory leaks. And the phone cannot do anything else anymore because it's not freeing memory. Then it stops working and you have to do a reset. What happened with KitKat? The same problem?
