Louis777. can you help me? i've already did your way to modify the ebr 1 and ebr2 also scatter file, but before i did with your way. i've trouble in several time my tablet ask me to format internal usb memory and whoala i lost my all data, what i missed? and my question is with your way can i'll have same problem again or no? thank you

I have a question regarding changing of scatter. I take my original ebr1&2 and scatter from backup in MTKdroid Tools. I have modified ebr's and scatter like described.

When I try Flas with SP Flash Tool, after I click Download and connect my phone, I get Error. "PMT is changeg. Need to be downloaded". Cannot flash. But, when I try all of this, but with original (unchanged) scatter, then everyting goes good, and I have successfuly resized my phone partitions.

Know someone why?

To flash when you have "PMT changed" message (that it mena that partition are differnt and is normal because you chgange EBR1/EBR2 you have to start Flashtool and select "FIRMWARE UPGRADE" (NOTR SELCT FORMAT ALL + DOWNLOAD".

Here are your EBR for 2.5GB. I've never changed scatter and never had a problem. You should be fine.

As i said, I used ebrtweak 1.1 to create new ebr files and i saw that although EBR1 is the same, EBR2 is different than yours. Which is correct and why??

ebr2 by using ebrtweak:
