Touch screen stopped working.

I purchased a THL W200s for my wife and it has been working great for about 2 weeks. Suddenly after restarting the phone yesterday the touchscreen is not working.

Everything else is working with no problem. (Power button works, volume buttons work, and I can see notifications in the status bar so I think the phone is ok... but the touch screen is not working so it's useless.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Hstraf, did you do anything with the phone? Firmware updates? Or did you notice any auto updates?
If not, then pin777 is right. It might be a hardware problem.
It seems like a fairly new phone, do you still have your warranty intact?
You can probably send it back for repair/replacement.

It has happened the same thing with me. My THL W200S touchscreen just stopped working.
Somebody could help me with it? Perhaps restoring the phone?
