Hello! I own a HASEE X50 TS. But it has some problems. First the battery does not last and the microphone does not work on video recording and on speakerphone. Can anyone help me with any of the problems?
Where can I order a battery with more capacity (2600 or 3000mA)?
Thank you!

hi, arist1976. Welcome to chinaphonearena!
Is this a new phone? If it is, you can always consider asking your phone supplier for a replacement.
Did you modify anything before the problems started?
See the ROM here http://www.needrom.com/download/hasee-x50-ts/ Double check if it is compatible to your phone specs.
Battery: How long does a full charge last you? Have you verified if your phone is going into deep sleep?
Microphone on Loudspeaker:
If you are rooted, you can try installing Mobileuncle tools then adjusting the microphone sensitivity for speakerphone. However, as stated, this is only for sensitivity adjustments, but it just might help.
Go into Engineer Mode > Engineer Mode (MTK) (second option)
Swipe left until you reach Hardware Testing. Go into Audio> LoudSpeaker Mode
Tap on the Type of parameter, select Mic. Try changing the settings and see if that makes any difference.
Microphone on Video recording:
Are you using the stock camera app? Have you tried another?
Double check if the microphone is switched on for video recording settings. Just in case it is off by default.

Thank you for your reply. About the mic, in the voice recorder app when I try to record something,my voice for example, it does not rec anything but if I hit the phone with my finger it records this sound.
About the battery it lasts for about 12 hours without talking at all. Probably the enhanced edition with 2600mA lasts a bit more. Thanks again

Does it help if you speak closer to the mic? Does it work fine on voice calls when not on speaker phone?
If it does, then give the sensitivity adjustment a shot. It just might work for you.
I think that is pretty normal. I also have an MT6592 phone with 1080p screen, currently using a 2000mAH battery. I have to charge roughly twice a day from about 10% to 15% battery level.
I hardly use it for calls either. If at all, just a few minutes or seconds at a time. I think the 1080p is a huge sink, so just waking your phone up demands a lot from your battery.

I think you are right for the battery. Maybe i'll just have to order the enhanced edition battery with more capacity(2600-3000mA). But I live in Greece, so it is impossible to find one here. I must order on from the internet but I do not know to look for. The newer problem is that the microphone does not work at all and I cannoy make a call. Do you know where to look for the specific type of mic Hasee X50 TS needs? Thanks again and sorry for my english.
