how to install stock rom without stock recovery

By your logic they should all work.

each rom has 5 main software components in no particular order they are

1) a kernel known to work on target device
2) kernel modules known to work on target device
3) shared objects ( roughly cousins to kernel modules) known to work on target device
4) various executables that can be transferable
5) text files like build.prop not transferable

crude advice is

weigh up is this a good phone?
----if yes buy a second one and copy all firmware off it using flashtools including nvram
-------------flash your original phone ....give original phone a new IMEI and sell it

If phone is crap.....read these forums on what other people recommend
or ask what to buy based on how you intend to use phone.

Just search for BROM error on this forum, you will find lots of posts and answers.

Just download the files and replace the current ones in the MTK Droid Tools installation folder.
Your BROM errors might also be driver-related. Try the first part of the post for your driver issues.
