Hi everybody,
I have a MT6572 phone with this spec:
Hardware : MT6572
Model : Samsung Galaxy S IV(I950X)
Build number : ALPS.JB3.MP.V1
Build date UTC : 20140617-070854
Android v : 4.4.2
Baseband v: MOLY.WR8.W1315.MD.WG.MP.V1.P2, 2013/11/20 10:32
Kernel v : 3.4.5 (rs@rs-ThinkStation-D30) (gcc version 4.6.x-google 20120106 (prerelease) (GCC) ) #1 SMP Tue Jun 17 15:06:54 CST 2014
Uboot build v : -----
LCD Driver IC : 1-ILI9806E_dsi_vdo
Free space: system- 78.1M; data- 110.1M; sdcard0- 262.4M; C:\76170M
I made a memory test with this result:
============ Memory Detection Report ===========
Internal RAM:
Size = 0x00020000 (128KB)
External RAM:
Type = DRAM
Size = 0x10000000 (256MB/2048Mb)
NAND Flash:
ERROR: NAND Flash was not detected!
EMMC:
EMMC_PART_BOOT1 Size = 0x0000000000200000(2MB)
EMMC_PART_BOOT2 Size = 0x0000000000200000(2MB)
EMMC_PART_RPMB Size = 0x0000000000020000(0MB)
EMMC_PART_GP1 Size = 0x0000000000000000(0MB)
EMMC_PART_GP2 Size = 0x0000000000000000(0MB)
EMMC_PART_GP3 Size = 0x0000000000000000(0MB)
EMMC_PART_GP4 Size = 0x0000000000000000(0MB)
EMMC_PART_USER Size = 0x0000000070000000(1792MB)
============ RAM Test ============
......
OK!!
RAM Pattern Test :
Writing ...
OK!!
Increment/Decrement Test:
Writing...
OK!!
=================================
I can see in this result that only 256MB on 2048MB are used.
Is it possible to unlock all 2048MB of memory?
If yes, how can I can do that?
Thanks in advance
regards
