try to make factory restore from recovery (on the boot push power+volup) ...

When you say this, which do you mean?
(a) You created your own backup using a program called "MTK Droid Tools"?
(b) You downloaded a backup from somewhere, which somehow referenced "MTK Droid Tools"?
I suspect it's the latter.
And if it is the latter, I suspect what you downloaded is not the backup for your specific phone.
If it's the former, you should have a valid backup that you can flash (perhaps minus the scatter file).
