Ok there are a few ways of resolving it
---each with their own merits

1) I need you to find some way of pushing middle buttons or long pressing and getting into system settings......if you can.......then
b) go into security and tick the box to allow installs from unknown sources
c) then tell me if you can get into your file manager
d) I can then upload an APK file which you can download and put on your sdcard, manually thru your PC....reboot phone with sdcard go into file manager and install the launcher APK file

2) use Windows and flashtools to flash the Officail ROM

I don't use Windows so can't help, if you choose this method post to one of the tutorials for flashtools here at CPA asking for help

3) Do you know how to get into factory reset mode for your phone?

For some devices it is from the power off state
press power and vol down
for some
press power and home key (camera key) and vol down

b) then we will get you to do a factory reset

i tray it ,, i go to install from file manegar then sd card where i put the APK.

Put when install it said : ( install blocked - for security ,your phone is set to block installation of apps obtained from unknown source ).

also i tray it from rest facture ,but nathing happen it.

Are you using google translate or what is your first Language?

In other words you are ignoring my instructions.

Also what APK file did you put on your sdcard?

I have yet to upload one so can only guess what you are doing.

HINT you need help so don't let me mind read you.....say exactly what you are doing so we know how to modify the instructions to assist

1- a - you ask if theres is way to getting into system setting ,, i said no ,i try what you said.

b- you dont understand ,,no way to go in the security and tick the box or tick usb Cable box ..if i can not enter into system setting.

c- yes i can enter into file manager normal .

OK so icon for FM works but not for system settings and you have tried to use app drawer to get to system settings and that fails

I also assume long press on the desktop to bring up the app and widget menu also fails

what about factory reset?

Ok a quick review

You can find no way of getting into system settings via icon or app drawer etc

Your factory reset did not work either

2) Can you confirm this is the rom you tried to use in the past?

3) Note the rom maintainer used a specific flashtools version.

I use Linux so can not help but I suggest, you download that particular version of flashtools and then follow the ROM maintainer's instructions........
