Try topntp,create a GPS. Conf that suits your region, enable it with mobile uncle then reboot

My GPS does not work neither

FastGPS, mtGPS, mobile Uncle all can't help.

This was included in the CWM version . I added it as it wasn't in the SPFlash version

I can't seem to flash this thing. It get's stuck with a red bar saying DA Download.

EDIT: The phone boots, but SPFlashTool is not working, it just doesn't find the phone now. Anyone knows how to root this kit-kat version without SPFlashTool?

The only issue noted is why default read/write become the internal drive. Previous the sd-card is by default which store my data safely. The system can't find my data now, and I have to copy the content from the sd-card to the internal drive to have the system works.

You can change this in settings also , storage option.

Also in recovery wiping cache / delvik cache would of helped also

I have the very same problem as bbq88 and changing the default write disk has nothing to do with it. Kit-kat prevents 3rd party apps (so non preinstalled apps) to write external SD. For example in my downloaded file manager app i cannot delete anything from ext. SD. Or sygic navigator cannot access SD card error message comes up right after the start of the program.
So i badly need a fix for that.

I never tested, but this should fix it. You need Xposed installed.

EDIT: Recovery_fix is working

EDIT2: Recovery can't mount internal storage Not a big deal, but it would be useful.
