Please try to upgrade to 4.4.2 and see if it solves it. I posted the link in my previous reply.

Okay. Yes, it was a ROM issue. This is why I recommended that. There is an official release from Doogee as well. You can see in their forum for official ROM. Maybe on Needrom already.
