Thanks for your help.
I really live a nightmare with this phone...
I noticed that the GPS was not able to fix to satellites.
So, I decided to upgrade the firmware with the official versoin found on needrom.
During the flasing process, Flash Tool told that there is an error : BROM_ERROR : S_FT_DRAM_ENABLED FAIL (4032)
Then, I quit the tool , replace the battery and try to reboot the phone. Nothing happened. it seems my phone is dead...
How could I fix this issue ?

Do not use the upgrade optionn, use download which will flash your new firmware.

I'm currently re-downloading this version : Update Official ROM MPAI 809T Version: 2109_v82_hydy_hd_20140107
Do you think it will fix my issue and unlock my phone ?
As it seems to be completely dead (I'm not able to turn it on), I'm afraid I made a huge stupid thing...
EDIT : You're my new hero !!! THanks a lot for your patience, my phone is alive.
I just have to set IMEI, as usual, it will be fine.
What a great forum with perfect users !

Well to be honest, it depends on where you live, I just passed from north to south yesterday (second time in one week) and I will repeat the journey at least four times more this and next month. I'll send you a pm just to explain a little. b.t.w. I think I should be your heroine, since I am female.
Now since you have this experience, take your time to make a complete and full backup of your working phone, you'll find that an absolute lifesaver any time you repeat some "trick" that bricks your phone.

Right, I'll do a backup.
I noticed that my front camera is not working. I'll try to investigate.

Use this [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register] to make a full flash tools backup. It is more or less how I make a complete backup because it includes nearly all partitions, however my backup is more extensive and includes all partitions (incl. nvram, data, system and cache) in separate files exactly according to the block map of the phone. This takes about 1-2 hours to make but saves a big amount of time as each block can be used directly in the scatter file to flash back whenever needed.

That's a good idea. I will take some time to make a full backup following this guide.
In fact, I will do that as soons as I will found why my front camera is not working anymore...
Do you have any idea about that ?

Is the version of the rom you just flashed the same as your original? There are several versions on needrom and they aren't all for the same phone as the 809T comes in various flavours and this rom is for the MT6582, not the MT6592.
From what I've seen this version has had several users with the same problem as you have, check the comments on needrom. You will also find I'm active there, and if you have the latest 809T, 2G/16G MT6592 with kitkat, I suggest you try this one: [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
But do make your backup first.

I was not able to enable the front camera despite of the ROM version I used.
But, as my GPS is now working, I decided to to let it down. Front camera is not so important.
If anyone has a simple way to enable this camera, I'm interested in.
And, again, thanks a lot to Mirandam for this helpful support and patience
