Sorry, but I think there are too many posts with the same issue (here, and I write ):Where's KitKat, when KitKat, KitKat why not? Just need to wait, and if it happens, fine, but if it does not, fine.This version is a miracle? It works perfectly and that will fix the bugs on this phone, it will work better? I am a long time I have installed (gel) Google Experience Launcher and Xposed GEL Settings app, and the device works great and I enjoy without KitKat, and when I buy a phone with KitKat, again I have problems and errors because there is no perfect phone

Same, Also sold mine, There is better phones on the market, With same or better hardware, KitKat out of the box etc . and better company support.

I am back to my iphone, and now am deciding between the Elephone p10 or p2000 .
The p2000 yellow has caught my eye and i think am going to put a preorder in for it tomorrow

iNew will learn the hard way of customer support, 8 official updates and still the same bugs through out. No official statement on there website about fixes, updates etc . Releasing phones with newer versions and not uploading for all .

Lenovo, A Chinese company, also a Big name in the rest of the world, Release updates, Source Code (MediaTek) Support Forums, keep in contact with customers etc .

Elephone are another company that keeps in contact with customers, support forums etc .

Officially, Who has heard anything from iNew except one person on a Forum ? I am not making it out in anyway that you haven't been in contact with them, I am simply stating, what way is that for a company to work ? An official statement on their website would keep us in the know, make us feel better than fixes are coming etc .....

to be quite honest iNew's customer service was great! it's been a while that I'm in Oneplus one's community and you gotta see how they treat their international customers like crap! for real! they just used international users to rob Chinese market attention. and now they have served china thousands of Oneplus one , and the international market? less than 300 units!
you gotta be there to see what the real frustration is...
