Everything seems to be ok with my Phone
Its the failure of my provider O2...

What was the failure?

I have slightly different problem: Sometimes I get disconnected, the phone still shows that I have signal on both SIM cards but when some1 calls me they get a signal that my phone is unreachable. I also can't make outgoing calls. I have to deactivate and re-activate the SIMs in the settings to be able to call again.

PS.: I have the 1.0.8 GPS fix version, and lost IMEI during flashing, I had to restore IMEIs with MobileUncle. Maybe it has something to do with it?

If it had something to do with your imeis, you would not be able to make or get phone calls at all. Your problem looks to be associated with your provider. I also get this problems once in a while, but soft restart (or as you have said - toggling sim cards) solves this. So there is not much you can do in this case.
