i can confirm 1.1.1:
screen locking solved and better battery usage in standby state

With stock 1.0.6t02 my GPS was great,. I tested it with "GPS test" (app from google Play) and I had 14 satellites in view, 3 of them 40+ and accuracy was 3m. Now with 1.0.8 after 3 min (even with GPS fix) I have only 3-5sattelites in view (only 3 in use) and they are <30.
If only this rom would have better GPS. Could someone check that?

Strange ROM this 1.1.1
it has all files in system.img (except for build.prop) equal to 1.0.8, but has kernel binary more similar to 1.1.4.
it seems really a midpoint between those two versions.

Hello, I have 1.0.8 and have problems with screen locking when using 3G.
Now i read that this is fixed with 1.1.1.
But can I put this on my phone? My phone is V3 version and how can I see witch mhz version I have?

oh it's that simple
The sticker on the back says 850/900/1800/1900mhz
So wil the 1.1.1 work on my phone?

I installed this baby update and well i can say that its definately a thing to do until iNew crew gets us further.
wakelocks randomness has gone. audio settings is less confusing (i had a special place in my heart for that one. ) and i did the gps test like in another site/ and it gave me a lock after 991ms so i think im pretty happy no?
camera same, reception not changed, battery = 50% after half the time sleep on 3g half on wifi screen not used a lot though= 16hr(51min screen).
i find myself waiting less for the anticipated update now

I find the iNew v3 firmware and hardware versions confusing. Can someone pls confirm that this rom should work on my iNew v3 which has v4.0 on the back with the following marking WCDMA900/2100 GSM850/900/1800/1900MHZ ???
