U can get the ROM from needrom. com .
It is same as some one had upload it on needrom

Hi Stevenma61.
As a person who was able to updated previous rom I would like to ask you for a favor. I still have this nexus5 rom, but I have a problem with camera. When I make 5 or more picts, camera stops working, and display shows green color only. I need to restart my phone to get rid green color from LCD. Also data connection is slow. Therefore I had installed Lewa ROM for a while. Data connection was really fast and I had not any problem with cameras. Anyway I went back for nexus ROM because Lewa ROM drained battery so fast.
Do you think you can modify nexus5 ROM that:
1. No problem with external SD card when phone is disconnect from PC - previous bug
2. Fix camera issue - green LCD after 5 shoots done
3. Speed of data connection - Operator O2 - Czech republic.
I do not know if you can replace app from Lewa to nexus one easily, but I will be more than happy if you will glance on these issue :-)

the one is the same as mine.
the sd card problem had been solved
camera - i don't have problem with the camera.
it had been quite a while, my front camera was not working, and all the while , i thought it was a hardware issue, because i did take out the front camera before, until 5 days ago. i tried to port a rom, but fail, and cant get into recovery, so left me no choice , so i downloaded a sp flash rom from needrom ( [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]) updated 09/13/2013,
Surprisingly , after flashing the rom, my front camera works again, then i reflash back my sony rom which i ported from developer "bgos10", and my front camera n back camera work
for data speed, i did not really try it, because i dont use data plan, but i can see the signal show HSPA, that means it is a 3g.
at the moment i don't use nexus rom, i use sony rom

I have stupid ask.. I downloaded ROM from upper links, moved to SDcard, via CWM installed and now, after it says its finished, I restart and now more than 30 minutes looking at 4 colours in Google animation and nothing more is happened.. Its okay? Thx for any advice, I wanna ROM without chineese menu at all. Thx

Hello Balu, did you try wipe cache &/or factory reset after the flash?

Hello Balu, did you try wipe cache &/or factory reset after the flash?
Before Flash I made wipe dlavik, wiche cache and factory reset, after that i install rom from sd card from zip and its finished with quote: Its finished.... 
appoximately how many minutes is long time to flash? My last phone (HTC) was been flashed in maximum 2 minutes.. :/// Thx for any advice or recomening any ROM, which is Ok and without chineese symbols..

I'm having a difficult time understanding you. In the first post, you said you finished the flash and then reboot and stuck on Google logo... yes?
Yes, it should take about 2 minutes or less to flash.
If the flash finished, did you wipe cache &/or factory reset AFTER the flash?

After your advice, I made wipe cache &/or factory reset after and after i still bad.
But thanks to you I read repeately "What i did is , during the first boot, about 3 to 4 minues later, then i just took out the battey, after 5 - 10 seceonds, put back the battery, then reboot again.(thanks to him and credit to him)
You have to reboot twice" and reason, why nothing happened was, I left battery in phone.. After 2 restarts its run great and (for now( chinese nowhere ;) Thanx many times to you for your advices, and sorry for my english..
