What is the actual model number? Or link to to the page you bought it from. Perhaps there is already a recovery available.
If not, see Root, Rom, Hack forum. There is a new tutorial up from Yulypis about how to build your own CWM.

At this point, there's not yet a recovery for the phone. Or if there is, it's not out in plain view. Maybe follow the Yulypis tutorial and build a recovery, then post it here for others in the future.

finally got this phone rooted and its great, but know if i can get custom recovery like twrp phone will be compleate

I read the tutorial for rooting the hdc s4 but how do I get cwm or twrp recovery on it so I can download the real S4's stock rom? If that is not possible I would still want to put some other custom rom. So if anyone knows how to get a recovery on it that would be great. Thanks in advance.

I posted this a while ago how come noone has replied? I just want to know if anyone has already made a cwm recovery for the phone because I don't have Ubuntu to make one. Someone please reply ??
