[Question] Help with bricked V3 after ROM flash

Very frustrated and about to give up with this situation...
Now my PC don't recognize the phone anymore so i can't even try anything else to solve this problem.

What a waste, i just lost 200+ dollars with this phone and the funny thing is that i didn't even got time to use it ....

A word of advise to the people who just bought or is about to buy this phone : Please don't try to update the ROM

That is using the preloader that someone uploaded from the new batch. It's not 100% sure it's the same issue this person was having, but it could be worth a shot.

Are you on Windows 7? Plug the phone in and check your device manager to see if anything comes up. If so, remove and delete the drivers if any show. Try to start fresh. Also see the thread in Root forum about common SP Flash Tool errors. I'm not saying any of these are the issue. But let's try to weed out the simplest things first.

I didn't try that solution because i don't know how to use or exchange the preloader ?

Now i'm on a windows 7 machine that seems to reconize my phone but when i use the flash tool the porcentage bar get red color it says 100% download and after 11 seconds i get this error in a new window:

Copy the preloader to the firmware directory, or click on 'preloader' in SP Flash Tools and direct it to where you downloaded the preloader to.

Thanks for your help, i just did that but i got the following error:

Here's the preloader.bin file from my new iNew V3 that i got about a week ago. It also came with a 1.0.1 version. However i guess it differs from the earlier 1.0.1 releases that were delivered in January. Notice the different info in the build-number field where it says "inew_v3e_1.0.1" and NOT "cxq_..."
To make sure it matches your device i also attach two screenshots (one is from Mobile uncle tools showing Device Info).
Note: the attached zip file contains preloader.bin

perfect...after using the preloader of my original backup i can use 1.0.4-rom and custom-roms.

Hey there,

thanks for all the help, managed to unbrick the phone due to direct advice on our own czech android forum and it worked miraculously.

The trick is to use preloader.bin from the Lewa custom firmware ([Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]) and you can use it in any other firmware you want to flash. Tested on 1.0.3 and 1.0.4 stock ones, both work just fine with the Lewa preloader.

Seems like its really some new batch of Inew V3 phones cos me and several others ran into this problem when receiving it in the past couple of days.

UPDATE : MY PHONE IS ALIVE AGAIN

I was able to flash this ROM:

Official ROM INEW V3-C LeWa version: cxq_v3_c_v1.0.4 ( LeWa_CXQ_V3-C_14.01.23 )

The only problem is that is everything in Chinese ?
Anyone has this version ?
How to revert to English Language ?

Well i would say flash it to something else, use ONLY the preloader from Lewa ROM, at least thats what i did, used stock 1.0.4 PLUS the Lewa preloader and no problem at all with languages.
