You have it under Display tweaks/Brightness settings/Minimum brightness level. But you have to enable the first option in that menu first, then reboot your phone, and finaly set the minimum brightness level.

It's cool that iNew v3 has it, but it's probably the absolute last thing I look at when considering the worth of a phone. Though this is based on my current lifestyle. I could see it being handy for someone who's quite busy and needs quick app, function, mode switching from home to car to work etc...

the phone itself its quite cheap, battery life can be solved easily with extra batteries. the phone is a beauty

I ordered a iNew V3 black also and received it last monday.
It's a beautiful phone. everything works well and fast. The only problem I am having is the Wifi in the livingroom is ok, but in my bedroom ( 5 meters from router) it's horrible.
I haven't rooted the phone and it is still on stock 1.0.8 firmware.
Camera is very well in good light conditions. You even can use it as a torch.
