hi please try to charge it with the phone switched off what it will do if you charge
it with the stock charger and cable that was delivered with your phone,
if that doesnt help then try another (good quality) short length strong usb cable
with the stock charger or with another usb adapter 500-1000-1500mah
(high capacity adapter might charge faster) is all fine
as long as you keep the charger below the total capacity of the battery itself (max 1830 mah)
if you tried all these options and still doesnt work then you need to return the phone
to the seller

A bad rom could make the phone unchangeable.
I had installed the rom from smartdigi and it behaved like this. Even the phone switched off it didn't charge. Only on recovery mode battery could charge!
So I suggest to boot on recovery for testing

Interesting.
I wonder if the touch screen would work in touch recovery, in cases when it don't work on the lock screen

So you think if I will install new firmware (1.0.4??) it can fix it?
I charged battery from cuted USB for 1-2 hours, put into phone, and it show 52%. I plugged charger, try charging when phone was on, off and in recovery, but nothing - 51% now but everything look like it's charging.
I never updating firmware in phone and don't want to brick it, is somewhere any good tutorial? And what I should install?
