I've written on how to update to V09
Afterwards, putting CWM on it and rooting it is a little bit different from rooting a V07 or V08 firmware. You'll need to flash a prerooted V06 recovery.

Some last notes: if you can't get Titanium Backup to work with your rooted iNew phone, install this with CWM immediately after installing UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.02.zip, without rooting in between. You'll get a different superuser app which does work with Titanium Backup.

Afterwards, putting CWM on it and rooting it is a little bit different from rooting a V07 or V08 firmware. You'll need to flash a prerooted V06 recovery.
- Download
from needrom.com - Extract the files in the archive to an empty directory on your desktop
- Start SP Flash Tool as an administrator, and load the scatter file that's in the directory with the prerooted V06 files. Everything should be checked by default. Uncheck everything except 'Recovery'.
- Turn off your phone, it should give a slight buzz. Now wait for at least 30 seconds.
- Press the 'Download' button, and connect your turned off phone to your computer via USB. Your recovery partition will be flashed.
- You should get a green checkmark. CWM is now written to your recovery partition. Disconnect your phone, hold the Vol+ button and the power button for a few seconds until you can start the 'Recovery Mode', which will get you into CWM. If you get the default Android recovery mode, just try flashing the recovery image again. I had to do it twice until it worked for me.
- The last steps are the same as step 4 and 5 in the
, so copy UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.02.zip to your Micro SD card, and install this zip file from CWM
