When i switch on my v3 the white inew screen appears & stays that way. Contacted coolicool and they message back telling me to enter recovery state (power & volume buttons) but it won't go into anything but the white Inew screen. Anything else I can do?

Hi, do you know how this started?
Holding power and volume together for 10 seconds should bring you to recovery.
If it doesn't, next step is download and flash the latest stock firmware.

It won't even turn on now, my PC doesn't recognise its connected. Coolicool have advised me to either send it to them or have it repaired locally, is there anywhere in the uk or Europe I could send it to be fixed?
