Hmm... It's slightly low, I'm scoring 13300 with 626 on 2D on stock 4.2.1. It's not anything to worry about though.
It could be your phone has some things going on in the background. Different ROMs score differently as well.
Try to reset the phone. Let it boot up and load everything for a couple minutes. Then run Antutu again. Even if you score the same, it's not a big deal. You'd never notice any real world difference between 540 and 620.

Based on Antutu 3.3 test on my Star S7589 1.5GHz Quad Core cpu I get: 13341 Score.
Factory Rom 22th April 2013, and I loaded it with all my stuff and games.
rested to factory settings then loaded all and played a little and used for browsing and chat and all u can think off, and then tested it.
I would say it's a decent phone but needs more optimization and system editing for better performance.
I'm thinking about editing the camera Stock APK file for better job.
